How do I become a member?
Registration for membership is easy and is just $25 per year. For those that register and attend the annual conference in August, you are automatically enrolled as a member for one year (until the next conference the following year).

FEMA has exercises developed according to national guidance and principles outlined by the Homeland Security Exercise Program. It is important for CERT programs to tailor exercises to reflect realistic events that may impact their community. View the exercises here.

CERT programs are created by members of a workplace or neighborhood who want to be better prepared for any hazards that may threaten their communities. CERT programs are usually sponsored, affiliated or created in partnership with a local fire department, law enforcement agency or emergency management agency.
