Justin Wells has been serving as a firefighter since 2012 and is a devoted husband and father of three children. A passion for EMS found him in 2002 when his uncle suffered a seizure and firefighters responded to his uncle’s residence. Justin went on to successfully complete fire academy and paramedic school simultaneously which was deemed an impossible task and he has since continued to advance his knowledge, education and experience within the career.

Justin Wells has been serving as a firefighter since 2012 and is a devoted husband and father of three children. A passion for EMS found him in 2002 when his uncle suffered a seizure and firefighters responded to his uncle’s residence. Justin went on to successfully complete fire academy and paramedic school simultaneously which was deemed an impossible task and he has since continued to advance his knowledge, education and experience within the career. He has obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Public Safety Administration with a concentration in Emergency Management, a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership concentrating in Emergency Management Leadership and is currently enrolled in Northcentral University’s Doctoral of Education with a concentration in Organizational Leadership. Justin is a American Heart Association CPR, ACLS, and PALS instructor an EMS instructor, fire explorer advisor, Emergency Management Specialist in Human Support Services and Logistics Support and joyfully serves as the CERT program manager for the city of Lauderhill. Justin joined the Florida CERT Association Board in 2019.
